I am a PhD student at Sussex Centre for Consciousness Science, under supervision from Prof Anil Seth and Prof Chris Buckley. I also hold a position at AI Alignment Network as a research fellow.
My main research interests are consciousness and AI Alignment. These are coming from independent motivations, understanding my inner world and mitigating the x-risk. But I think demystifying the black box of neural networks is the key to both problems. This motivates my research direction of using AI interpretability to tackle these challenges.
During my free time I enjoy playing Bossa nova and playing with my pet dog (Moffy).
